၂) MyanmarLensman.com သို႔ ေရးသမွ်၊ တင္သမွ် Content (Message) မ်ားအားလံုးသည္ ေရးသားသူ၏ အျမင္ျဖစ္သျဖင့္ ေရးသားသူ၏ တာ၀န္သာျဖစ္သည္။ MyanmarLensman.com Owner/Admin မ်ားႏွင့္ လံုး၀မသက္ဆိုင္သျဖင့္ လံုး၀ တာ၀န္မယူပါ။
၃) သူတစ္ပါး၏ ဓါတ္ပံု၊ စာသား၊ ဖိုင္ စသည္တို႔ကို မူပိုင္ခြင့္ခ်ိဳးေဖာက္ၿပီး ေရးသားျခင္း (သို႔) Upload လုပ္ျခင္း လံုး၀ မလုပ္ရပါ။
၄) ေၾကာ္ျငာေနရာ၀ယ္ယူထားသူ (သို႔) Sponsor မ်ားမွအပ မည္သည့္ စီးပြားေရးလုပ္ငန္း (သို႔) Website (သို႔) Product/Service ကိုမွ် ေၾကာ္ျငာျခင္း၊ Promotion လုပ္ျခင္းမ်ား လံုး၀ လက္မခံပါ။
၅) MyanmarLensman.com Owner/Admin မ်ားသည္ MyanmarLensman.com Website မွ မည္သည့္ Content ကိုမဆို မည္သူ႔ကိုမွ မည္သည့္ေျဖရွင္းခ်က္မွ် ေပးရန္မလိုဘဲ (ခြ်င္းခ်က္မရွိ) အခ်ိန္မေရြး ပယ္ဖ်က္ဖယ္ရွားခြင့္ရွိသည္။
၆) MyanmarLensman.com Owner/Admin မ်ားသည္ MyanmarLensman.com Website မွ မည္သည္႔ Member ကိုမဆို မည္သူ႔ကိုမွ မည္သည့္ေျဖရွင္းခ်က္မွ် ေပးရန္မလိုဘဲ (ခြ်င္းခ်က္မရွိ) အခ်ိန္မေရြး ပယ္ဖ်က္ဖယ္ရွားခြင့္ရွိသည္။
၇) Photo မ်ားကို အျခား Website မ်ားတြင္ေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း၊ Article မ်ားတြင္ေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း Photographer အား Credit ေပး၍ ယူငင္အသံုးျပဳေကာင္း အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္သည္။
၈) MyanmarLensman.com သို႔ Upload လုပ္မည့္ Photo မ်ားသည္ မိမိကိုယ္တိုင္ရိုက္ကူးထားေသာပံုမ်ားသာျဖစ္ရမည္။ Image Copyright အား မိမိဘာသာ ထိန္းသိမ္းရမည္။

အထက္ပါအခ်က္မ်ားကို ေကာင္းစြာ ဖတ္ရႈနားလည္ၿပီး သေဘာတူလက္ခံပါသည္။
